Boca Daily News reported that 13th Floor Investments has foundations in the ground for Boca Village, an eight-story development with 340 apartments. The reported plans include 51 affordable or workforce units, about 29,500 square feet of street-level retail, and space for an outdoor restaurant.

North Park skatepark
Boca Raton’s Planning and Zoning Board approved plans for a 42,000-square-foot multilevel skatepark at North Park on the former Ocean Breeze golf course. The plan includes street areas, bowls, pump tracks, a snake run, a native tree buffer, and 327 parking spaces.
